Couples & Relationship Therapy
Find your way back to each other.

Most couples don’t struggle because they don’t love each other. They struggle because they can’t find their way through pain, fear, or disconnection. Maybe you keep having the same arguments, or silence has taken the place of closeness. Maybe trust has been broken, or it feels like you’ve become more like roommates than partners.

No matter what brought you here, couples therapy offers a space to slow down, really hear one another, and begin to rebuild safety and connection.
What We Can Work On
I help couples navigate:
-
Communication breakdowns and recurring conflicts
-
Infidelity and rebuilding trust
-
Intimacy and sexual concerns
-
Emotional distance or “roommate syndrome”
-
Uncertainty about staying or parting
-
Navigating major transitions, like parenting or career shifts

My Approach
I work from an Attachment-Based, Emotionally Focused, and systems-oriented lens, helping you see the patterns that keep you stuck and the deeper emotions driving them. I also integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), narrative, and solution-oriented approaches to help you gain perspective, understand the dynamics shaping your relationship, and begin to re-author your story together.

For couples processing betrayal, trauma, or painful relational experiences, I draw on Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to support emotional healing and repair. EMDR can help reduce the emotional intensity of past hurts so partners can move forward with renewed trust and safety.

Our work will focus on slowing down conflict cycles, fostering empathy, and rebuilding emotional safety, so both partners can feel seen, heard, and supported.

Every relationship has a heartbeat. Together, we’ll learn to listen to it again.
