Individual Therapy
Reconnect with yourself. Reclaim your direction.

You may look like you have it all together, but inside, things feel off.
Maybe you’re questioning who you are, what you want, or why you keep falling into the same patterns in relationships or work.
You might feel anxious, stuck, or disconnected from your body, unsure how to move forward, but knowing something has to change.

Individual therapy is a space to slow down, understand what’s happening beneath the surface, and begin to trust yourself again.
What We Can Work On
Our work together might focus on:
-
Navigating anxiety, stress, or burnout
-
Processing grief, heartbreak, or life transitions
-
Untangling people-pleasing and perfectionism
-
Healing from trauma or attachment wounds
-
Exploring identity, purpose, or belonging
-
Learning to self-regulate and soothe your nervous system

My Approach
Therapy isn’t about fixing you. It’s about understanding you. My approach combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with a solution-oriented, narrative, and systems perspective to help you gain distance from what’s happening, understand the factors contributing to it, and begin to re-author your story.

I also integrate Attachment Theory, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and mindfulness-based and somatic practices to help you reconnect mind and body. By exploring the patterns that keep you stuck and the beliefs that shape how you see yourself, we’ll create space for new ways of relating to your emotions, your relationships, and your life as a whole.

I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), an evidence-based approach that helps process and integrate distressing experiences so they no longer hold the same emotional weight.

You already have a compass. Therapy helps you learn to trust it again.
