Reach Out
Begin where you are.

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, but you don’t have to have everything figured out before reaching out. Whether you’re ready to schedule a consultation or simply have questions, I’d love to connect and see how I can help.
You can reach me using the form below or by email. I typically respond within 1–2 business days.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do you offer online sessions?
Yes. I offer telehealth sessions for anyone located in California. You can meet from the comfort of your home or office using a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform.
Do you offer in-person sessions?
Yes, I offer a limited number of in-person appointments in Santa Monica. Once you reach out, we can discuss availability and what feels most supportive for you.
How do I get started?
You can schedule a free 20-minute consultation call using the form above. This gives us a chance to talk about what’s bringing you in, answer your questions, and see if it feels like a good fit before booking a full session.
What can I expect in the first session?
The first session is a space for us to get to know each other. We’ll talk about what’s been going on, what you hope to work on, and any goals you have for therapy. You don’t have to prepare anything. Just come as you are.
How long are sessions and what do they cost?
Individual sessions are 50 minutes for $300. Couples sessions are 50-55 minutes for $250. Longer sessions can be arranged if needed.
Do you take insurance?
I am an out-of-network provider, which means I don’t bill insurance directly. However, if you have a PPO plan, you may be eligible for partial reimbursement. I can provide a monthly “superbill” for you to submit to your insurance.
What is your cancellation policy?
I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full session fee.
What kinds of clients do you work with?
I work with adults and couples navigating relationship challenges, anxiety, self-esteem concerns, life transitions, and identity work. I am sex-positive, kink-aware, and LGBTQIA+ affirming. I also enjoy working with creatives and individuals in the entertainment industry.
What if my partner isn’t sure about coming to therapy?
That’s very common. You’re welcome to reach out for a consultation to discuss next steps or explore discernment counseling, which is designed for couples where one partner is uncertain about continuing the relationship.
What if I've never been to therapy before?
That’s okay! Many of my clients are new to therapy. My job is to help make the process comfortable and clear, at your pace. We’ll start with what feels manageable and build from there.
