I am an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance directly. However, I can provide superbills that you may submit to your PPO insurance plan for potential reimbursement. I am partnered with Mentaya, a service that makes the reimbursement process easier for clients with out-of-network therapy benefits. I'm happy to discuss options on our free 20-minute consultation call.
Yes. Couples therapy is a great way for partners to improve their communication, navigate conflict, rebuild trust after betrayal, strengthen intimacy, and work through major life decisions. You don't have to be on the brink of separation to benefit from couples therapy.
Individual sessions are $200, and couples sessions are $300. To make therapy services accessible and sustainable, I reserve a limited number of reduced-fee spots based on availability and financial need. I understand that beginning therapy is both an emotional and financial investment, which is why I offer a free 20-minute consultation call to discuss your needs, answer any questions, and explore options that feel like the best fit for your situation.
Standard sessions are 50 minutes. I also offer extended 2-hour sessions by request for individuals and couples who are seeking deeper or more intensive support.
