Therapy is both an emotional and financial investment. I believe clarity around fees supports informed decision-making, and I aim to be transparent so you can determine whether working together is the right fit.
I offer a free, 20-min consultation call to answer questions about working together, including fees and scheduling.

I also offer extended 2-hour sessions by request for clients and couples seeking deeper or more intensive support.
Sliding Scale:
I believe in keeping therapy accessible and sustainable, so I offer affordable sliding scale rates based on financial need. I can also provide superbills if you have out of network insurance benefits. Please reach out with any questions, as I'm happy to work you to see what feels best. :)
Insurance Reimbursement:
I am an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance directly. I can provide superbills upon request for potential reimbursement if you have out of network insurance benefits.
Payment Details:
Payment is due on the day of each session and is processed automatically through the SimplePractice platform. I accept credit cards, cash, and HSA/FSA payments. Please inquire for additional details if needed.
